2003 — 2005 occupied a position in the Judicial Department at the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.

2006 — 2013 carried out teaching activities and worked in the positions of the deputy dean, deputy head of the department and associate professor at the universities of St. Petersburg.

2008 — 2013 worked in the system of enterprises of ROSCOSMOS - Federal Space agency of the Russian Federation in executive positions.

Since 2014, he has been working at Marine Hydrophysical Institute.

Scientific and Organizational Activity

As a leading Research Associate at the Center for Shared Use of Scientific Equipment "Marine Research and Technologies", he works in the direction of complex interdisciplinary research of the World Ocean and the coastal zone of the Black Sea-Azov region. He has over 20 publications, including in the field of legal regulation of the marine environment protection, methodology for the rational use of coastal resources and marine planning.

He participated in 7 scientific projects, as a responsible executor and/or leader. He is a member of the Commission on Environmental and Energy Security of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea.
