Dmitriy Viktorovich Soloviev

Position

Deputy Director for Infrastructure of the Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution Federal Research Center “Marine Hydrophysical Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences” (since 2018).

Education

The Sevastopol Higher Naval Engineering School (special faculty).

In 1991, D.V. Soloviev graduated from the Sevastopol Higher Naval Engineering School and was assigned to the Pacific Fleet.

From 1991 to 1999, he served on a nuclear submarine cruiser and held the following positions: Electromechanical Warhead Movement Division Group Engineer, Electromechanical Warhead Movement Division Group Commander, Electromechanical Warhead Movement Division Commander of the nuclear submarine cruiser.

In 1999, D.V. Soloviev was appointed Electromechanical Warhead Commander of the nuclear submarine cruiser.

In 2012, D.V. Soloviev was discharged from military service by the order of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation with the rank of Reserve Captain 2nd class.

In 2014, D.V. Soloviev came to work at Marine Hydrophysical Institute of RAS, starting his career as Chief Engineer for procurement of goods, works and services in the Logistics Department.

In 2015, he was appointed Head of the Logistics Department. Later, in 2017, D.V. Soloviev was transferred to the administration of the institution as Chief Engineer.

In December 2018, he was appointed Deputy Director for Infrastructure of Marine Hydrophysical Institute of RAS.

In 2016, he underwent professional retraining at LLC “Academy of Business”, Penza, in the advanced training programme “Contract system in the field of procurement, goods, works and services to meet state and municipal needs”.

In the same year, he underwent professional training at the Private Educational Institution of Additional Professional Education “Academy of Business and Systems Management”, Volgograd, in the program “Expert and consulting activities in procurement” and received the qualification of “Procurement Expert”.

Awards

  • By Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 828 of May 21, 2008, D.V. Soloviev was awarded the Order “For Military Merit”;
  • Medal “For Distinguished Military Service” I, II and III degrees;
  • Medal “Admiral Kuznetsov”;
  • Medal “300 Years of the Navy”;
  • Medal “For Service in the Submarine Forces”.
